Orthotek will repair any and all broken appliances for the twenty-five dollar ($25.00) repair fee, noted in the price list plus the cost of any components in need of replacement. We will repair any appliance we should have to re-create due to an error on our end.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orthotek offers many convenient shipping options to its doctors. Doctors may use their preferred method to ship cases to us. Upon request, we will send customers prepaid UPS labels which can be used to return cases. Alternatively, you can print UPS labels using our website by clicking here. We normally use UPS to return your cases. Please let us know if you have any special shipping requests and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We ship cases by the end of the fifth business day following receipt. Should we predict a delay in returning your case within the normal turnover window, we will contact your office. Due to the potential for uneven work volume, there may be times we are unable to meet this goal. If the return date noted is prior to the fifth business day, a rush charge will be added.
The price list indicates a specific turnover time for appliances with an *asterisk. Please read the messages associated with these products.
Our prices are accurately reflected in our price list, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to the manufacturers’ price increases or extraordinary circumstances. We will keep the price list on our website updated at all times. Prices and terms are subject to change without formal notice.
Orthotek mails invoices at then end of each month, and the due date is set for the 15th of the following month. We now offer paperless billing for all of our clients. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
